Mental health is just as important as physical health
“You would go to the doctor for a yearly checkup [or] when you have a broken bone — it’s a physical concern that you want to take care of; you would go. So just in the same way, if there is a mental health concern that might not be that visible to the eye, such as having anxiety right before you fall asleep or a panic symptom [that] comes out of nowhere, you would also want to take care of that, too.”
