STAND for All provides a collection of self-guided lessons to help you build practical skills and strategies for everyday challenges. This programming is appropriate for individuals seeking to build resilience, strengthen emotional well-being, and develop healthy coping skills.

Using the MyDataHelps platform, explore topics related to low mood, worry, poor sleep, panic, and discomfort with others, and choose the areas most relevant to your needs and interests. 

We offer materials tailored for: 

  • Wellness: Get practical strategies for building resilience, managing everyday stress, and supporting your overall emotional well-being. 
  • Depression: Improve your mood by identifying behaviors, thinking patterns, and life stressors standing in the way of your happiness.
  • Worry: Deal with stress, worry, and repetitive negative thinking. 
  • Trauma: Reduce the symptoms of trauma by learning to overcome avoidance and deal directly with distressing situations. 
  • Sleep: Learn about the science of sleep, identify your specific sleep problems, and get personalized strategies to improve your sleep.
  • Panic: Learn about the relationship between the mind and the body in states of panic, anxiety, and fear. 
  • Social anxiety: Reduce your anxiety by learning to deal directly with distressing social situations and overcome avoidance.
